Which courier is used for shipping?
Shipments are handled by BRT.
The package will depart from the Animal Instinct physical store located at Via di Monteverde 2i, once payment has been received.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight before payment.

Waiting times:

Delivery times are 2-6 business days for shipments within Italy and 4-9 business days for shipments within the European Union. The package will be shipped once payment has been received.

Packaging:

Animal Instinct is committed to ensuring professional packaging to reduce the risk of damaged goods.

Delivery:

Upon delivery, the customer must check that the number of packages delivered and the external appearance of the package match what is stated in the transport document. They must also ensure that the packaging is intact.
In the event of tampering, tears, cuts, breakages, or wet packaging, the buyer must accept the goods "with reservation" by making a detailed note of the damage on the courier's delivery receipt.

Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that live fish arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, we understand that inconveniences may occur during transport.

Fish deceased upon arrival: If the fish does not arrive in good condition, we ask you to notify us within 2 hours of delivery, by sending a clear photo of the fish and the original packaging to the email address acquariofilia1978@gmail.com.

In case of confirmation of the problem, we will not process a cash refund, but we will issue a purchase voucher for the value of the deceased fish, which can be used for your next order.

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED IN ANY CASE.

Conditions for issuing the voucher

To obtain the voucher:

Report the problem within the indicated time limit.

Provide clear and complete photographic evidence.

Keep the original packaging until the case is resolved.

The voucher will be sent via email and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Non-refundable products

  • Live fish that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Other products damaged for reasons not attributable to transport.
