Shipments are made by Poste Italiane.
The package will be sent from the Animal Instinct physical store located at Via di Monteverde 2i, upon receipt of payment.

Waiting times:

Shipping is standard. Delivery times are 2-6 business days for shipments to Italy and 4-9 business days for shipments to the European Union. The package will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Animal Instinct is committed to ensuring professional packaging to reduce the risk of damaged goods.

Delivery:

Upon delivery, the customer must check that the number of packages delivered and the external appearance of the package correspond to that indicated on the transport document. The customer must also ensure that the packaging is intact.
In the event of tampering, tears, cuts, breakages, or wet packaging, the buyer must accept the goods "subject to inspection," detailing the damage on the courier's delivery receipt.

Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that live fish arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, we understand that problems may arise during transportation.

  • Dead Fish on Arrival : If your fish does not arrive in good condition, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery by sending a clear photo of the fish and the original packaging to acquariofilia1978@gmail.com .

    • If the problem is confirmed, we will not proceed with a cash refund , but will issue a purchase voucher for the value of the deceased fish , which can be used for your next order.

  • SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Conditions for issuing the voucher

To get the voucher:

  1. Please report the problem within the given time limit.

  2. Please provide clear and complete photographic evidence.

  3. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

The voucher will be sent via email and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Non-refundable products

  • Live fish that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Other products damaged for reasons not attributable to transport.
