The Exo Terra Precision PRO Incubator makes incubating reptile eggs safer and easier. The incubator's proportional dimming/pulse thermostat accurately maintains the set temperature, while the humidistat regulates relative humidity via the USB humidifier. Adjustable digital temperature and humidity control allows for optimal incubation conditions for each species, significantly reducing the risk of egg loss. For easy monitoring, the easy-to-read LED display shows the current and set temperature and humidity levels.

The solid 55W radiant heating element gently emits heat from above, simulating nature and keeping the top 1/3 of the eggs dry for gas exchange, while the bottom 2/3 can be buried in a moist incubation medium. Dual ventilation, rounded corners, and a thin foam insulation layer ensure smooth airflow and prevent drafts that can cause temperature and humidity fluctuations. Insulated polystyrene side walls also reduce heat loss, resulting in a more stable temperature. The transparent lid allows easy monitoring of the incubation and hatching process without opening the incubator, further reducing temperature or humidity loss. The sloped basin returns water condensation to the humidifier tank, so water needs to be replenished less often. The thermostat maintains the temperature and humidity settings during a temporary power outage and will automatically return to these settings once power is restored. The thermostat has a built-in surge protector that shuts off power in the event of a power surge, preventing eggs from being exposed to extreme temperatures.

The unit includes one USB humidifier. The lifespan of the USB humidifier is approximately 800 hours. Reducing the humidity setting to 70-75% will reduce the operating hours of the humidifying membrane, thereby extending the lifespan of the USB humidifier.
