Information:

For medium and large carnivorous fish, both marine and freshwater (whitebait, catfish, sharks, moray eels, etc.), Hikari Tropical Sinking Carnivore Pellets is a balanced formula for marine and freshwater fish. High in protein, it meets the needs of carnivorous species, stimulating their growth and enhancing their color. It is the first choice for all difficult species.

Characteristics:

Hikari Tropical Sinking Carnivore Pellets is a specially formulated food for medium to large bottom-feeding carnivorous fish. Enriched with vitamins and minerals, it provides a protein intake comparable to that of live foods. It was developed after extensive testing on the senses of taste and smell of the most commonly kept carnivorous fish in aquariums.

The pellets have a distinctive smell and flavor that fish can sense. Kamihata Fish Industries' technology has allowed them to produce pellets that soften in water while retaining their original shape, without breaking apart or polluting. The special carotenes ensure maximum color brilliance even in fish kept permanently in aquariums without direct natural light.

Diet:

Feed two to three times a day, without exceeding the amount the fish can consume in a few minutes. Care should be taken to avoid overfeeding. Carnivorous fish may resist changing their food type; in this case, persist until they accept it.
