Highly concentrated iron supplement. Iron is an important micronutrient absorbed by corals and sea anemones. Regular and balanced iron supplementation provides intense green coloration to corals. Iron plays an important role in photosynthesis, so its supplementation improves coral nutrition. It particularly supports the green coloration of Acropora and other SPS corals.
Dosage: 1 drop per 100 liters (25 US gal) per day. The recommended iron level for reef aquariums is 0.006–0.012 mg/L (ppm). 1 ml of iron (~15 drops) per 100 liters (25 US gal) increases the iron level in the water by 0.005 ppm. Please note that every aquarium is different and dosage depends on the coral stocking and individual needs.
