Jade is a unique and highly sought-after green stone that adds a fresh and unique look to aquascapes. Its unique color and shape make it ideal for the Iwagumi style.

NB: 1 QUANTITY IS EQUIVALENT TO 1KG OF ROCKS.

Description:
Jade is a true gem of the natural world. Its distinctive green hue is created by the presence of iron, magnesium, and other metallic compounds, which produce an extraordinary array of colors and reflections. Formed deep within the boundaries of Earth's tectonic plates, jade is a rare and highly sought-after material that has been prized by cultures around the world for centuries.

In the world of aquascaping, jade stone is a unique and versatile material that adds a fresh and unique touch to any aquascape. The stone's unique color and shape are ideal for creating an Iwagumi-style aquascape, and its texture and shades of green are deeply enhanced underwater, creating a stunning visual effect that is both relaxing and mesmerizing.

Jade stone can be easily worked and broken to create small stone details and landslides, making it an ideal material for creating intricate and detailed aquascapes. Its highly sought-after and rare nature, combined with its extraordinary beauty, make it a prized possession among aquascaping enthusiasts.

Unlike other stones, jade doesn't affect water hardness, making it a safe and ideal choice for aquascaping. However, due to its limited availability and high demand, it can be difficult to obtain. If you're lucky enough to get your hands on some jade, consider yourself lucky and keep it as a collector's item, as it may not be available in the future.

Usage:

It can be used in both aquatic environments and terrariums.
Rinse rocks and stones with water before use. Use a brush to clean them before adding them to the aquarium.
Avoid placing rocks directly on the glass, as they can be very heavy and sharp. Instead, place the substrate or our LandForms before placing the hardscape to help secure the exact position of the rocks with greater freedom.
Always secure rocks, especially when stacking rocks—you can do this with our ScapeBound—as the top rock may move or fall during regular maintenance, harming your inhabitants or even breaking your aquarium.
Place stones a few centimeters/inches away from the aquarium glass walls for ease of maintenance.
Safe for fish, shrimp and other aquatic animals
