Neoregelia is a genus of epiphytic flowering plants in the Bromeliaceae family, subfamily Bromelioideae, native to South American rainforests. It is an essential plant for setting up a tropical frog terrarium. It grows well both on the floor and on a vertical wall between branches and rocks.
