The Porcellio laevis orange can grow up to 2.3 cm and has a development time of about 7-8 months, it lives in the undergrowth of deciduous forests, perfect for humid terrariums with amphibians such as poison dart frogs or other types of frogs
The humidity in the terrarium should be around 50-70%, taking care to keep the substrate moist but not wet. The Porcellio laevis orange is a very hardy isopod species; they are most active at temperatures between 18 and 26°C. They can generally be observed often because this species of isopod is diurnal.
