The heating mat provides a uniformly heated area. To prevent contact between animals and the heating mat, it is recommended to place it outside the terrarium. To achieve a proper temperature gradient, the heating area should cover approximately 1/3 of the surface. The mat should not be cut, modified, submerged, or overlapped. It is recommended to use a thermostat to regulate the heat.
The heating mat will turn off when the temperature reaches 50 degrees to avoid serious harm to the animals.
