Reddish earthy lava stone with unique shapes, highly textured and easy to create high-contrast aquatic landscapes. Multi-purpose stone ideal for many aquatic landscapes, paludariums, and terrariums.
Description
Wild Red Lava Stone is a stunning igneous rock and a unique addition to any aquarium or terrarium. It's made from volcanic lava that has been shaped and formed over time, resulting in a distinctive porous texture, a deep reddish color, and a highly textured, rugged surface.
The porous texture of Wild Red Lava Stone provides an ideal surface for the growth of beneficial bacteria, which is essential for maintaining a healthy and thriving environment. This is especially important for aquariums and terrariums housing live plants or animals, as it helps remove harmful toxins and waste from the water.
In addition to its functional benefits, Wild Red Lava Stone is also a visually stunning decorative element. Its deep red color and porous texture create a natural, earthy feel that's perfect for creating a truly unique and breathtaking display.
The stone is full of crevices and has a highly porous texture, making it an ideal support for mosses and epiphytes. It creates an excellent contrast with green plants and is also excellent combined with wood for a natural look.
Wild Red Lava is an inert stone, so it does not affect water hardness and is safe for sensitive aquarium animals and plants.

Usage
It can be used in both aquatic and terrarium environments.
Rinse rocks and stones with water before use. Use a brush to clean them before adding them to the aquarium.
Avoid placing stones directly on the glass because they can be very heavy and sharp. Instead, place the substrate or our LandForms before placing the hardscape to help secure the exact position of the stone with more freedom.
Always protect your rocks, especially when stacking rocks—you can do this with our ScapeBound—as the top rock can move or fall during regular maintenance, harming your inhabitants or even breaking your aquarium.
Place stones a few centimeters/inches away from the aquarium glass walls for ease of maintenance.
Safe for fish, shrimp and other aquatic animals
