Wild sand RED BRICK

Sand is one of the main products added to a tank during setup. Sands are commercially available in various grain sizes and colors, often unnatural and very flashy. The entire Aqpet team has worked extensively to offer you sands that enhance the beauty of nature. The WILD SAND line is a completely natural sand; its uniform grain size allows for a homogeneous and compact substrate. The sand undergoes a preventive cleaning and sterilization process, but it is recommended to rinse it in fresh water before use in the aquarium. The different grain sizes and colors meet the needs of all enthusiasts, without sacrificing the simplicity and uniqueness of wild nature. In fact, particular attention was paid to the choice of colors to ensure that the natural hues of the fauna and flora present in the tank were enhanced and to allow all aquascapers to unleash their creativity, recreating a habitat faithful to the natural one and not too far from a wild ecosystem.

The sands are collected from nature and may therefore contain traces of calcareous substances. Their use is particularly suitable for acidifying allophane substrates due to their buffering properties. Check for compatibility based on the layout and type of installation you intend to create.
